Instead of forcing the admin to individually select which providers can and cannot see the “unassigned folder,” I would like to suggest that during the booking process on the admin end an option to select which teams or provider priorities are able to see the available booking. Another idea is to correlate the booking priorities (low, medium, high) with providers. Meaning admins could set a priority for providers (Low, medium, High) and if their setting matches or falls under the booking priority, then they are able to see the booking in the unassigned folder. The point is not all providers are trained equally, so there is no reason all bookings in the unassigned folder should be viewable to all or none of the providers.
