Let’s say we have a situation that just happened where we had a customer call in wondering if we were going to cancel because of some weather. We do send out a weather reminder several times at the beginning of the season but some customers just really try to get around it. I would love to resend the weather reminder to just that customer now so she can just get herself acquainted with how it works. This can be achieved if you allow individual contacts/email addresses to be added and sent the campaign.
