1. provider needs to get their split on the HST too
2. you ARE changing HST on the cancellation fee which is correct
but you ARE paying a portion of that to the Provider which you should
NOT be to stay consistent OR better yet, make it so we can toggle
to pay the provider a their portion of the HST when we pay them out
or not. If we DO choose to pay them their portion of the HST then
for their portion of the Cancellation fee it SHOULD include HST
but if we toggle to NOT pay them their split on the HST in teh normal booking
then we do NOT want the cancellation fee to include a HST portion payout to them
which it currently does.
