The system only allows the not clocked in notification to be sent 10 or more minutes after the job starts. I think it is necessary to set it to be 1 minute after the clock-in time.

Finding out that someone is going to be late after the fact and having a customer contact us before we even know ourselves is not good thing.

For us we don’t use arrival windows so if someone doesn’t show up at 9:00 and is not clocked in we definitely want to know at 9:00, for example.

I know this is affected by how often CRON checks the system but at the end of the day this is an important use case in my opinion.
