Let’s say I have setup a cancellation policy of 24-hours. Anyone cancelling under that will incur a fee based on how you set it up.

However, the customers can still reschedule without having to pay any fee. It would be good to have the option to disallow customers from rescheduling based on the cancellation policy timeframe and/or add an additional fee when rescheduling under the 24-hour policy in this case.

The customers should have a choice to refuse the rescheduling fee and keep their appointment or accept the additional rescheduling fee.

In case it is setup to disallow customers from rescheduling under the cancellation policy, it will simply tell them that.
