I’m hoping the devs can ADD the customer’s EMAIL ADDRESS to the list of available short codes for insertion into any of the SMS notifications.

Many customers will use a generic (rather than their primary) email when setting up their account. When / If I send a client a text in which I’m asking them to refer to the email we just sent them, I would like to remind them of what email address they need to refer to when looking for the email we sent them. Without this ability, a client will assume we sent an email to their PRIMARY email address (which we don’t have on file) and then they come back to us saying “I don’t see an email” ….. and that’s because their not looking in the right email account. Being able to tell them which email account to access by having it available for insertion into an SMS through short-code would go a long way in reducing confusion on everyone’s end.
