The checklist is great and I have been able to make it work for the most part however it would be a lot easier if there was also a materials used option with a list of things preloaded by the admin for a provider to choose from for a particular task. This should be optional (or set as optional/required by admin when creating checklist) but it would require a set quantity type (oz, lb, gal, grams, etc) and the provider adds the quantity on the job perhaps with an available notes section to go with it. Some tasks may also require multiple products used.
