Currently, the only way to view a lead is if you edit the lead in BK. Instead, I propose that the leads should be set up in a way where they are easier to view and respond to. For example, whilst viewing the lead you could create a quote from that page to send in response. Or reply with an email that answers any questions the lead may ask.
