It would be helpful when viewing today’s bookings to also to see cancelled appointments. a radio button or checkbox to say “View Cancelled”
This is useful when trying to pull up customer that was cancelled on that day. For example, we had a same-day booking today, but it was cancelled due to a disagreement on price.
When I went to Today’s Booking trying to view who it was, he does not appear there. I have to go to a seperate tab to view All Cancellations.
That tab is useful of course, but having another option to View ALL today’s bookings or specific date’s bookings would be helpful for ease of use.
