Hello BK Support Happiness Team,

I used to use an old Access database system, but the one thing that I simply loved was it had a TO DO LIST. We had a client TO DO LIST and a cleaner TO DO LIST.

On the cleaner/client’s profile it had a section where you clicked on a calendar and added the due date of something that you were working on. It also had a section where you could write a note of what was outstanding with a cleaner or client (see sample below). The great thing was that anyone in the office could jump on the TO DO LIST daily and see what was outstanding, any clients to follow up or cleaners. It was all in the one system.

For the cleaner section, it may be to follow up if they contacted a client about something, such as a meet and greet or a complaint.

It is super helpful when there are a few people in the office, so that the left hand knows what the right hand was working on. I could also add the staff members name on it, so they knew that they had to work on a particular item.

It was a great tool that made things run smoothly. My happiness scale would go through the roof. ?
