Can you guys add an option for tips to be collected after a cleaning has been completed and paid for.
Ideally it would be a SMS tipping request to the same person after the service is marked complete. They will then have the option to tip whatever amount they feel like. After they tip then send a link to leave a review on google and yelp.
I have found that tips are 10-20% of my companies revenue. So we want to make sure we can capitalize on that.
So in a nut shell it would be a simple text after the completion and charging of service to request a Tip & leave a review.
This would be HUGE!!!
