Our company has a dedicated HR manager who schedules initial interviews based on when he is free. As the owner, I do the 2nd interview over a video conference. It would be great if staff could set up availability for interviews based on their schedule (much like providers do), and if we could assign a staff member to the interview so HR knows there is availability at that time without text messages back and forth on availability.
