Is there a way to add it an extra feature of the refund policy?
Trying to execute the following:
1) If cancelled within 24 hours of your booking = $50 fee
2) If cancelled when we have already arrived there (no-show) = 50% or $50 whichever is higher as we cannot replace the booking time slot on short notice.
