Providers should be able to log in and see their time logs . if the admin or staff makes an adjustment to the time log, the provider should be able to view the new time logs and approve or dispute the edits. In California, If We Make Any Changes To An Employee’s Time Logs, They Have To Approve Of Those Changes. Keeping a log that shows an employee was able to see the changes to their time card and approve of those changes would help us stay in compliance.
