I understand that there is a current option for providers to update their availability for specific dates/days, but would like to take this a step further.
Problem: Currently finding myself calling providers to see who is available to pick up a job. Many providers have their own private customers, so it would be nice to have a scheuduler where they can input their availability including their private jobs. This way the system can easily filter our those who are not vacant.
Solution: Easy way for providers to submit their availability (eg. using a calendar chart to click and drag the hours they will be occupied with). Then bk will know that for a same day booking they are unavailable – no need to call them
