Give Provider’s the ability to change the Package and Extras assigned to a customer from within the Provider’s app.

This is necessary as sometimes a job changes and they need the ability to reflect that change on the spot.

For example, a Provider can upsell a client an Extra when onsite.

Alternatively, the Provider diagnoses the customer’s actual problem when onsite and realises the correct package is different than what has been booked.

Currently, our providers have to call up our office to have them update the package in the backend. This takes up additional resources, isn’t very scalable (when you’ve got multiple teams running) and leads to errors when Providers forget to call back or the details are lost in translation.
