Would love to have within the provider aPP a button that links to and opens up a form for reporting accidental damage. Ideally, when opened/clicked, form auto-populates the cleaner’s info and the client/job info… would allow for a text box to explain what happened and photo upload capability. Once submitted, both client and staff are emailed, or at the very least, the office staff receive the email and can then forward the email on to the client after review.
