I think the most ideal would be for the service total to be 1 line item and each extra or additional item to be on its own line item.

For example:
Service – $100
Extras Total- $140
pets – $20
deep clean – $100
windows- $20
coupon – $25
Tip- $10
TOTAL – $225

This way everyone knows where their money is going and if they decide they don’t want to pay extra for their fridge or windows this time, they know how it will effect their total.
