Create a way, and make it clear, to not have discounts affect the pay of commissioned providers (percentage pay). For example, at 60% commission and $25 service. The provider earns $15. If a client uses a coupon for $5, they earn $12 for the service. We need a mechanism to keep their commission based on the original price. I know this is possible for hourly or flat rate pay schemes, but it’s imperative for commission based services too.
