I wanted to reach out & see if BookingKoala is fully monetizing its payments?
SaaS companies in today’s world are stuck in a long-term payment contract with little to no say in rev-share, which severely limits their ability to capture more revenue & one day be acquired. Through our technology, Nexio is enabling SaaS platforms to “own” their payments to capture more revenue per transaction & position themselves to be acquired for much higher multiples. Companies we’re working with are capturing upwards of 90% rev-share on the processing & being acquired for 10x multiples due to the ownership of their merchant portfolio.
