It Would be excellent to have the Ability to log every email/phone call that goes out to current or prospective customers. For example, when you get an inbound call, having the ability to mark down details about the call so that you can return to those leads and see any conversations. Or, if an email is sent out to a customer it would be great to see all prior communication with them at a glance.
