Add Identifying information on Notifications in the hiring module. For example, instead of “Contract Submitted” how about “Billy Bahdas Submitted a Contract” if doable, “Billy Bahdas submitted “Form or Contract Name” This will help with organizing especially if you are processing dozens of candidates simultaneously. Or waiting for one specific contract while many are being submitted.
