Please build in the functionality to allow for masking or relay numbers between Clients & Providers.

Example: If you call for an Uber or Lyft ride, Uber & Lyft have created a masking/relay functionality so that the driver cannot see the customer’s TRUE telephone number, AND the customer cannot see the driver’s TRUE telephone number.

This sort of functionality, if built within the BK system, would go a long way in still allowing providers to directly interact with customers in case of Lock-Outs, Breakages, Emergencies, etc., while also adding a layer of protection for the Company as a deterrent from unethical providers who would try to screenshot / steal customer contact info for the sake of stealing or soliciting the customer away from the company.
