Ability to send a last minute notification (email and SMS) before booking time. Being able to select the desire hour/s would be ideal to allow us to test. We are thinking of sending a notification 1-3 hours before the booking time. This will help minimize “no Shows” when Our provider arrives. Currently we have about 15 no shows per month. Our technician arrives and we cant complete service Because Customer forgot.
