Many of us use trial cleans as part of the recruitment process.
Currently to book a trial clean for a Prospect we either need to make the Prospect a “Member” at which they become a provider in the normal BK system, despite not completing the Onboarding process.
Alternatively I need to create a “Trial Clean Provider” in Bk to arrange a trial clean but then relate the booking information and reminders manually to the prospect.
It would be great to somehow use the scheduling system of BK to arrange Prospects Trial Cleans or Training Cleans. Using the already built scheduling notification system of BK, but not have the prospect fully converted to a Provider/Member
