BK User’s often take phone bookings as well as online bookings.
Sometimes it’s handy to have A prompted question using the “Additional Information” setting in phone bookings that we wouldn’t want the client being asked if they were completing the Booking Form online.
E.g. Male or Female?
Please give BK Users the option of hiding specific “Additional Information” questions based on whether the booking is being completed by an admin/staff or customer.
