My staff often take bookings using BK over the phone.
Customers often want to know if we have availability on specific days/dates.
Currently, we’re unable to quickly see if a date has any potential availability. we first have to enter a lot of the Booking details just to enable the date/time section of the booking form to determine potential availability.
It would be great if BK’s calendar (admin and Customer side) would “grey out” dates that have zero availability. Whether that be due to:
1) Public holidays
2) Days we’re closed
3) No provider availability
This calendar feature should be feasible at least for scenario 1 and 2 above. Understanding that #3 depends on the duration of the package/job that is yet to be selected.
