Please Introduce The Ability For BK Users To Customise The “Booking Details” Field Within The “Booking Summary”.
BK Users often create “Additional Information” in Booking Forms that are needed on a regular basis (e.g. Vehicle registration, Dogs on site, etc).
At the moment, this “Additional Information” is not displayed in the “Booking Details” field Within The “Booking Summary” area.
The only way to access this “additional information” is to click “edit” on a customer’s booking.
These are extra steps that slow users down and take time away from other important tasks.
It also introduces the possibility of making an error whilst in the “edit” mode of a booking.
