A customer was not happy with the cleaning pro so I advised him to go into his account and change providers to the one he normally has and likes and then to go ahead and choose from that providers availability. however, it does not allow that. he has to cancel his cleans and book again. i want him to do it rather than us on our end as if we do it then we have to go back and forth asking if the slot works or do a phone call where we tell him the slots available. not sure if allowing the customer to change the cleaning pro through the Rescheduling app would work or if it has too many repercussions. I have not thought into it yet but want to throw it at you for discussion. cheers.
