There should be a way to limit client address information to only the time when the provider needs it. For example, the provider should never be emailed client addresses because they will have permanent access to client contact info even if they get fired! Thus allowing them to try to steal your clients.

There should be an option so providers only have access to the clients address the day of their appointments and then the address should be hidden from the provider once their appointment with that client is completed.
