Many BK users utilise 3rd party email automation software.
Many automated sequences are have conditional logic which trigger different actions based on the “Tags” that have been allocated to a customer’s profile.
It would be really great if BK could automatically assign different predetermined Tags to our customer’s profiles based on the package they’ve been booked in for.
It would also be very useful if we could also manually change these tags too.
For example, if a provider get’s to the job and realises the package that’s been booked is not appropriate, they could manually change the tag (and package?) for that job and then complete the correct work.
This means when Zapier automatically uploads our customers details to our email autoresponder, all the correct details are contained within and therefore trigger the correct sequences.
