Could we have an alert to staff that reminds us that a booking has been sitting in the Unassigned folder for more than 24 hours.

Right now we have reminders that a booking within the next 24 hours is unassigned.

But, if have it the other way around, we can at least know to prioritise it and not leave it to the last 24 hours to tell a customer that we cant do it – could result in a negative review
