I think it is Imperative that This app/platform have a mature customer support structure. I mean for the clients of bookingKoala.
Sending an email into dead air and hoping for a response when there might be an outtage situation is not good. there needs to be a ticketing system like zendesk activated with SLA’s based on severity of the incidents. There should also be a way to get a live person on the line either via chat or phone.
