A Crew/Provider should be able to click “Running Late” so the client is made aware. And then when the crew is actually in route, allow them to click the “On The Way” button letting the customer know they truly are in route to their location. Again, doing it the other way around only makes sense if the crew/provider gets stuck in a traffic jam after they’ve clicked “On The Way”
