An open API for BK would allow for any business to create custom feature developments on their own terms and not needing to wait for the community voting or BK dev team to add to their roadmap.
The ability to create our own custom feature set without BK’s input would be huge!
As we all know every business is different and BK can’t cater their feature set for every single different types of businesses.
